Post-Secondary Student Support Services / Shpi Kinomaagzijig Ne Naakwenmaagejik
Welcome!
Please be advised that the application intake for educational assistance for 2024-2025 is now open! In accordance with the Post-Secondary Student Policy, all applications for educational assistance must be received in the post-secondary office on or before the deadline date of April 1st for Spring/Summer applications, June 1st for Fall/Winter applications, and October 15th for Winter starts. Please note: If any of these dates fall on the weekend, the deadline date moves to the last business day prior to the weekend. Any applications received beyond these dates will not be considered. A friendly reminder that ALL STUDENTS MUST REAPPLY FOR FUNDING EACH YEAR.
Student "Outcomes" Portal / Sponsorship Application
The post-secondary program has an information system called “Outcomes” which provides a student portal to current and potential clients where they can upload all required documentation to maintain eligibility for sponsorship. It also contains a "Site Documents" folder where the students can access information such as the cheque schedule and the Student Policy Handbook. Outcomes also provides an online application process and this application will be made available in February each year. Continuing students will be able to access the application in the portal itself. New and returning students can visit our sponsorship page to access the link to the online application and an instructional video for assistance in how to complete this application. Once you’ve completed the application and hit “submit”, it will be received on our end for review. It’s a quicker, easier way to submit your applications! For those students who would prefer to fill it out on paper, you have the option to export the file as a pdf. Applicants are encouraged to apply on or before March 28, 2024 for programs starting in May, on or before May 31, 2024 for programs starting in the Fall, and on or before October 15, 2024 for Winter starts. (The spring and fall/winter deadline dates have changed to the Thursday and Friday prior, respectively, as the dates fall on the weekend.)
